SPORTS AND FAMILY FUN DAY 2008

Dear Parent,

I am pleased to inform you that the PTA will once more be hosting a Sports and Family day, 2008. The event will take place on 26th April, 2008 at Skinner Park, San Fernando, from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. This event will be bigger and better than ever! We are again counting on your support as every effort must be made to ensure an even greater success than last year. This event is being co-ordinated by the PTA, with the assistance of the Principal, Staff, and of course you the parents. Please volunteer your time, skills financial and other resources.

Adult printed school tee shirts will be available to all parents and family members at a cost of $30.00  and polo shirts will be available at a cost of $40.00, in the house colours, which are green, yellow, red, purple and blue. Additional kids Tee shirts will be available at a cost of $25.00.  We are again attempting to have all students outfitted in a sponsored house tee shirt free of charge. If you are interested in purchasing any of the above, please fill out the attached order form and return it with full payment by, Friday 11th April, 2008 to avoid any delays which may result in late delivery. No orders will be entertained after this date.

In an effort to keep our student and parent records up to date, it is essential that you fill out the form and questionnaire on the reverse side of this letter, and return it to the school no later than Friday 11th April, 2008.
